Hillel will be hosting an Eat. Talk. Learn event with Professor Bronski titled, "Libby Holman, the most famous, bisexual, Jewish woman blues singer and civil rights activist you've never heard of (and why she matters today)" Libby Holman was one of the most famous Broadway and Blues singers of the 1930s. Notorious for her many male and female lovers her life was a series of headlines and shocking scandals. And that was only the beginning...  
  
This presentation looks at Holman's life and music over her four decades, and what it may mean for us today.  
  
February 21, 6-7pm in Harvard Hillel Smith Hall.
