#  Senior Wins Shaw Traveling Fellowship

WGS Senior Sofia Escudero will spend the year after graduation in Amsterdam, supported by a Henry Russell Shaw Traveling Fellowship. During her time in the Netherlands, she will immerse herself in Amsterdam's contact improvisation dance community in order to learn about movement and dance as a practice of listening.

WGS congratulates Sofia on this honor and wishes her the best of luck with both her travels and her project!
