#  WGS Alumna Emily Owens Named Finalist for Frederick Douglass Book Prize

 WGS alumna and former secondary fielder Emily Owens has been named a finalist for the Frederick Douglass Book Prize, one of the most prestigious awards in the field of African American studies. The winner will be named on February 11, 2025.
