About me:

Yaoquan was born in Guangdong, China, but he moved to San Francisco, CA at a very young age and essentially grew up there. He is joint-concentrating in History of Science and Studies of Women, Gender, and Sexuality. He enjoys learning about history of medicine as it relates to queer folks, specifically trans and intersex individuals. He also loves reading Queer lit, especially Queer Asian Lit. He is always happy to talk about research, books, and TV shows.
