GSAS Gender & Sexuality Workshop

Date and Time

September 16, 2015
06:00PM - 08:00PM EDT

Location

Kresge Room, Barker Center 114, 12 Quincy St.

The introductory meeting of the GSAS Gender & Sexuality Workshop this year will be a roundtable over dinner, in which we invite participants to discuss their research interests. We especially encourage anyone who is considering submitting work to present to attend this session!

Those who have begun their research are invited to speak for approximately 5 minutes about their work, and to put a question to the group about an aspect of their work with which they are grappling. Early-stage graduate students are invited to discuss what experiences or interests have brought them to the Gender & Sexuality Workshop or to talk about the projects/areas of research they are currently interested in pursuing.

Dinner will be served. Please RSVP via this form, and let us know if you have any dietary preferences or restrictions:

Email gsworkshop@g.harvard.edu for more information or to be added to the mailing list to receive the pre-circulated papers.

The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences Gender and Sexuality Workshop is open to grad students in any discipline working on questions of gender and sexuality. Participants meet monthly to workshop papers and dissertation chapters, and to present job talks and dissertation prospectuses.

This year's faculty chairs are Robin Bernstein (WGS/AAAS) and Sophia Roosth (History of Science).
