Annual International Women's Day Event

We hope you will join WGH for the annual International Women’s Day (IWD) event.

To get us started, Prof. Nancy Krieger (Chair of WGH) will give an introduction to the radical history of IWD. Then, we will hear from this year’s prominent guest speaker: Dr. Dora María Téllez, a Nicaraguan historian, politician and social rights activist. A Q&A will follow. We will conclude by singing the song “Bread and Roses”.
