New Book on Transnational LGBT Activism by WGS Alum

University of Minnesota Press has released Transnational LGBT Activism: Working for Sexual Rights Worldwide, the first book by WGS alum Ryan Thoreson '07.

After receiving a joint degree in WGS and government at Harvard, Ryan was a Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford where he earned MPhil and DPhil degrees in anthropology. In 2014, he received a JD from Yale Law School.
