WGS visiting professor Mel Y. Chen's, WOMGEN 1455 Women, Men, and Other Animals, was recently featured in Harvard Magazine as an example of meaningful and effective online learning. In the article, Letting Go of the "Ideal" Classroom, WOMGEN 1455 student Julie Chung describes how the course has helped her to think differently about online learning by drawing her closer to both course content and classmates in some surprising ways.
