WGS graduate secondary field student Eric Reinhart is a principle author in the study Incarceration And Its Disseminations: COVID-19 Pandemic Lessons From Chicago’s Cook County Jail which was recently published in Health Affairs, a journal of public health and health policy. The study uses data from Cook County Jail in Chicago, Illinois to analyze the relationship between jailing practices and community infections of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
