The Forensics of Female Sexuality -- talk by WGS Professor Durba Mitra

The first Science, Religion, and Culture (SRC) colloquium of the spring will be on Thursday, January 25 at 4:00 pm. This semester, it will open with a chapter by Durba Mitra. Professor Mitra is Assistant Professor of Women, Gender and Sexuality, and Carol K. Pforzheimer Assistant Professor at the Radcliffe Institute. She is also a faculty associate at SRC.

Professor Mitra’s chapter, which is the fourth in her current book project, is entitled "The Forensics of Female Sexuality.”

The discussant will be Eli Nelson. Eli is a doctoral candidate at the History of Science Department, the coordinator of the Undergraduate Fellowship and of the Ways of Knowing conference.
