The Committee on Degrees in Studies of Women, Gender, and Sexuality, also known as the Standing Committee, is composed of the Chair, WGS-appointed faculty, and faculty from FAS departments with an interest in studies of women, gender, and sexuality. The Standing Committee oversees the WGS curriculum, votes on honors degrees, and recommends appointment and promotion of faculty.
